By Car

Limited parking available at Coal Harbour. Public parking available at nearby lots. We recommend using ride-sharing or public transit.

Public Transit

Take the SeaBus to Waterfront Station, then walk 10 minutes to Coal Harbour Quay. Several bus routes also serve the area.

From Airport

30-45 minutes by car or taxi from YVR Vancouver International Airport. Canada Line SkyTrain to Waterfront Station, then short walk.

What to Expect

Look for our distinctive Navipier signs at the dock. Check-in begins 30 minutes before departure time. Washrooms and cafés nearby.

Common questions about booking and tours

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for regular tours. During peak season (June-August), book 3-4 weeks ahead. Private charters should be booked 2-4 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available - contact us to check!

Our tours operate in light rain - we provide covered areas and rain gear. Tours are only cancelled for severe weather or unsafe conditions. If we cancel due to weather, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no charge.

Yes! Groups of 15 or more receive special pricing. We also offer educational rates for schools and non-profits. Contact us with your group size and requirements for a custom quote.

Our vessels accommodate most accessibility needs, including wheelchair access. Please let us know about any specific requirements when booking so we can ensure the best possible experience for all guests.

Bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended), sunscreen, a camera, and a water bottle. We provide life jackets, rain gear, and all necessary safety equipment. Full packing lists are provided upon booking.
