Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations
  • More than 48 hours: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • 24-48 hours: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund (exceptions for emergencies)
Weather Cancellations
  • Tours cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions receive full refunds
  • Alternative date options will be offered when possible
  • Light rain does not typically result in cancellation
Group & Private Charter Policies
  • Different cancellation terms apply for private charters and large groups
  • Deposit requirements vary based on group size and season
  • Detailed terms provided at time of booking
